Scope
Veltkamp develops, manufactures and markets products for the securing of cargo and lifting equipment under the hook. Clients range from distributors to high end professional end users in the fields of road, rail, sea, container and air transport, support and container loading.

Because it mostly concerns safety products, quality is an important issue for Veltkamp.
To ensure the quality of products, the management system and risk control, Veltkamp HQ is certified for ISO 9001.
In assition Veltkamp has its own test facility to certify a number of product groups under the auspices of DNV-GL.
 

Environment
Not only from a social responsibility, but also on the working environment of our employees and our customers on site is great importance to controlling the environmental impact and risks.
To this end, Veltkamp HQ is certified for ISO 14001.

Customs regulations, international logistics and safety conditions
Our products are sold and transported worldwide. Veltkamp attends great importance to the transport to deliver quickly and on time to ensure the excesses as smuggling, money laundering, etc.. It is important that worldwide compliance with existing customs regulations and conditions are known.
To this end Veltkamp HQ is AEO-F certified (Authorised Economic Operator) trough customs.
 

Procurement
Our purchase process is not only based on price, but also on factors such as quality, type of production process, management of risks with chemicals (REACH = Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of CHemicals), reliability, communication, environmental impact, respect, communication, working conditions and international embargo regulations. To have a good and personal relationship with our (international) suppliers is very important for us. From our quality system, all vendors are also annually assessed on the aforementioned issues.
